This firm has handling complexed immigration cases including applications under the EEA and entry clearance applications, for students ,visitors and family members .

OUR CHARGES

The prices for our service in the following areas of work are set out below. These prices include our time spent on considering documents attending on clients taking instructions, preparing and submitting applications and follow-up advice . You will be advised of changes to it if any additional work may be required to be carried out..

Our charges are based on expected number of hours to be spent by the solicitor on your case. We will advise you if your case is of complexed nature taking more time and may require reassessment of fees for reasons such as needing an interpreter ,Volume supportive evidence to consider and you immigration history.

The fees quoted do not attract a VAT at present.

The Home Office fees and other disbursements such as interpreters or other fees are excluded from the fees quoted.

(1) Applications for naturalisation or registration under the British Nationality Act 1981 £ 400.00
(2) Applications on behalf of European Economic Area (EEA) nationals and their family members under the applicable EEA Regulations or Immigration Rules, including applications for permanent residence £ 550.00
(3) EEA applications for residence cards /registration certificates £ 500.00
(4) EEA -Family permit-Family member Entry clearance £500.00
(5) student and work experience visas £ 750.00
(6) visit visas (for tourism, or visiting friends / family £ 400.00
(7) spouse and partners applications, including fiancé(e)s or proposed civil partners £ 550.00
(8) Dependent relative and family reunion applications £ 550.00
(9) Applications on the basis of long residence £ 900.00

Timescale for Applications:

Time scale for submitting your application to the immigration Office would on average be within 1-2 months of your final instructions and on submitting all the required documents and fees .However it may vary depending on complexity of your immigration history. We will advise you at the earliest opportunity if there would be any changes to this timescale.
